Member Rules and Responsibilities

 

1. Members must accompany all guests.  No unattended guests will be allowed to use a member’s membership credentials.  Violators will lose their membership privileges and forfeit all unused money, privileges and/or credits.

2. In the event of injury, members and their guests will hold harmless all OnX Golf and Essex Golf Range employees from liability or negligence related to such injury.  Members and their guests assume all risks while at OnX Golf and the Essex Driving Range.

3. Members shall be responsible for any damage incurred by themselves or their guests to the simulators, computers, screens, projectors and all areas of the rooms while at OnX Golf.

4. Loud, derogatory and/or degrading music will not be allowed while utilizing the simulators.  Music is allowed provided it does not interfere with other customers’ enjoyment and must be contained inside the hitting bays at all times. 

5. Minors under the age of 10 will not be permitted in the hitting area while others are hitting.

6. Only one person shall be in the hitting area at a time.

7. Practice swinging outside the hitting bays is prohibited at all times.

8. Please report any issues with the equipment to the OnX Golf staff as soon as possible.

9. Members must wait for the OnX Golf staff to set up the simulators for play.

10. Members are encouraged to download the free aboutGOLF app for quicker login times and to track all their golf shots and playing history.

11. Members are encouraged to follow us on social media to get up to date news and information including unscheduled closures or last-minute weekly events.

12. Members and their guests shall not verbally or physically threaten or attack any OnX Golf employee or agent at anytime.

13. Members and guests should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time.
